We have created a scalable contact management interface that we customize to your business. There are 2 ways in which we capture contact information so that we can communicate later. One we place a small form on your home page or specific product page. And ask people to enter their email for future updates and or newsletters for product info. Or we offer them something to get the email address a discount or a draw for a free product or service. The second way we obtain information is by you adding the information when the customer is in the business or when you get a new supplier or when you find a new vendor.

Our custom Contact Database Management Email Marketing platform is completely scaleable to any business. Here is just a small list of the functions it can perform plus any others you can think of can be programmed to complete.

Product or Services Database: Tracks a list of contact info and email addresses for specific product or service categories. Add as many product/service categories as you need. We can capture info by having browsers enter their email address for more info on a specific product page we can even allow them to fill out a complete form to be on a VIP list. (A list of detailed info i.e. name address phone # email birth date other product interests.) Anytime info is entered either by the customer or by you the more info received the more targeted you can be later. If a VIP customer fills this in online each product category they are interested in will have there email address added to that products email list. There are separate email list for people interested in that specific product so when you are doing a promotion later on that specific product you can send out an email to the appropriate list. This is target marketing at its finest.

Contacts Database: This is a database of every contact you deal with or a master contact list for sending email to the entire list of contacts at once. This is often used for weekly or monthly new letters. Not for specific product updates.
